About Stephen:

Stephen has owned and operated Birchall Equestrian and Co. for more than 20 years.

He is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist who has successfully trained multiple horses to the Grand Prix and has coached his students to multiple national titles.

Stephen himself has extensively worked with trainers such as Günter Seidel, Christine Traurig, Debbie McDonald, David Marcus, Lisa Wilcox and Nick Wagman.

Stephen’s training philosophy is simple: Believe in yourself… train like each day is new, fresh with no mistakes in it and have fun! He believes tbat by increasing rider self-confidence through combining classic theories with practical training tools, every horse can reach its full potential and each rider can reach his/her individual goals and expectation.
